Title: Legal defense to protect wetland from drainage

Project Summary:
This project seeks to set legal precedent that would help to protect and preserve Indiana's remaining wetlands through modification of drainage practices in Indiana. Specifically, this grant involves contributing no more than $1,000.00 to the Bernacchi family to help them cover their legal fees in the lawsuit(s) that they have filed to protect the wetland on their property from drainage.
