In this section you'll find details on products developed by the Biodiversity Project as part of the Great Lakes Forever public education initiative. The goal of the initiative is to build a broad constituency of citizens concerned for and engaged in protecting and restoring the Great Lakes. Major funding for the program has come from the Joyce Foundation, the Mott Foundation, the Wisconsin Coastal Management Program and the EPA.
The purpose of this section is two-fold:
1. to provide examples of campaign materials developed using principles from the accompanying Strategic Communications Primer;
2. to present products that your organization can use or modify for your own communications efforts - free of charge! See the Using Great Lakes Forever Products section below for more details.
Use the navigation bar above to find out more about the following Great Lakes Forever products, developed by Biodiversity Project during the summer of 2004. We've also included the 2005 GLAHNF "Connecting Communities" flyer for your use.

Using Great Lakes Forever Products
As part of the effort to build a Great Lakes constituency, Great Lakes Forever was designed to engage interested organizations, agencies, and businesses in a united communications effort. To that end, Biodiversity Project is providing your organization with the opportunity to use or modify the featured products. A lot of research, time, and energy went into creating these products and so, naturally, we have some restrictions on their use. Please see below!
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Jeffrey Potter (jpotter@biodiverse.org or 608-250-9876).
